I decided to set some new goals for myself for 2012 to go along with my running goals and the 12 in 2012 half marathons.
- Planks - I keep trying to increase the time by minutes. The first time I did a plank it was for under 30 seconds and I'm currently at 4:33.2

- Strength and weights at least 2 times a week
My current distance is just over 500 miles and I'm not sure if I will reach my goal of 1200 miles, I am going to enjoy the journey as I attempt it though!
