Everyday I try and fit time in for everyone and everything needed in my life. Whether I am helping others or helping myself, it is a constant shuffle of finding balance. Feeling depleted from the days activities reminds me that things need balance.
Why does it seem as we make lists and cross things off there is always more to do? Or those things that get stuck in our heads, just keep spinning like a broken record. How does one ever truly get caught up with life, find balance and still enjoy all the little things that occur in a day?
- Frequently taking a step back and evaluating the things you invest your time in, or the amount of time invested in negative things, while discovering if they are internal or external actions is a start.
- Daily journals, lists and goals also help me redirect balance. When I know I want to achieve something in between all the daily tasks of life I break the goal down into weeks and what I need to do to reach it, and then take it one day at a time.
- Redirecting negative thoughts to be more positive
It's often the bend in the road that makes life worth the drive
A wise woman recognizes when her life is out of balance and summons the courage to act to correct it, she knows the meaning of true generosity, happiness is the reward for a life lived in harmony, with a courage and grace.

While reading a particular book or quote doesn't guarantee inspired action, especially when overloaded with daily memes on how we should be living our lives, we can identify those thoughts which hold meaning and set the reactions into actions.
