Last night I worked on a acrylic mini book with my work in progress kit. I wanted to make an album for a friend for a gift and this just came together so easily with this kit. The Scenic Route papers were perfect for the summer theme I was going for. Now she just needs to add pictures and journaling.
The acrylic mini I made myself with the materials purchased from Hobby Lobby - info I found out from a Two Peas thread. It was 1.99 a sheet and I cut it into the shapes with an exacto knife and a metal ruler. The step design I got from another acrylic mini that I love by Angela Moen / The Button Farm.
Earlier in the day we went to the mall; Chelsea, my mom and I. Doing some shopping for Chelsea for clothes for her senior pictures which is coming up in a couple weeks. There were so many cute spring/summer outfits... too bad there's still snow on the ground. Here's some of what she tried on.
Though Grandma and I loved the shirt in the middle, Chelsea didn't so that one didn't come home.
That mini album is wonderful! I've got to get my hands on that Scenic Route line! :D So pretty. Awesome job making the acrylic album for it!
Chelsea looks great in all those outfits. I also really like that top in the middle.
