Tina, I'm in your Susannah Conway Journal class, and found your blog through there. Just taking a glance through and found this. I love it. I keep a gratitude journal on my phone, it's just a daily list of 5 or 6 things I'm grateful for that day. I have to admit I've gotten a bit lax on doing it daily, I did in the beginning, but I do make an effort to do it a few days a week, and when things are going rough I do it daily. I find it to be a real attitude adjuster. The other thing I do in my daily journal at the end of each day (i do my gratitude at the beginning of the day) is to keep a list of three things that made me happy or made me smile today. I've found these two activities and being able to look back on them occasionally have really helped to keep my mood elevated and my attitude much more positive. Glad to see I'm not alone on doing gratitude :) Peace

Hi Heidi, Oh I love that idea with the 3 things. I think we could all use help in recognizing the daily blessings we receive. I think you can follow blog on the bottom left? But I will look into it more if that is how one follows (I moved it to upper right side)
